A fit.y chick is an inspiring girl in great shape. Girls of all sizes aspire to be this type of girl. One who enjoys the gym and treating her body to nutritious foods. She is confident and well-respected by others. She doesn’t judge other women for their physical appearance because she understands how difficult it can be to get in shape and stay in shape. A fit.y chick maintains her appearance through hard-work and dedication to both eating a healthy diet and exercising often.
We are two girls about 30 pounds above our goal weight. We have never before been motivated enough to lose the weight because we are able to “shake off” the weight insecurities because when we look in the mirror we still feel pretty most days. However, we know we do not treat our bodies with the respect they deserve and we definitely feel random insecurities about our size. This is all about to change as we embark on our journey to becoming fit.y chicks.
We came up with the fit.y chick concept because we feel it’s the best way to alter our lifestyle, while maintaining our fun loving and accepting personalities. We feel by aspiring to be like “fit.y chicks” we can have realistic and healthy results from diet and exercise.
Trust us, we have failed many times before, but we know we will be successful this time. We know that by actually setting goals and sticking to a strict diet and exercise regime, we will get our fit.y chick bodies. It’s going to be tough but the question is do you really want it? Because we do.
We decided to start this blog because we feel the fit.y chick concept we have come up with will truly inspire others who seek their fitness inspiration on the web. Keep checking in for new posts on our tumblr.
